First, clarify the sand table’s purpose (e.g., architectural display), scale (1:50-1:500) and requirements, collect CAD drawings and DEM data. Use CAD/SU for overall design, refine details, mark material/size/process requirements to form standardized files. Make a detailed plan to ensure orderly production.
Select suitable materials (ABS, acrylic, photosensitive resin, etc.) based on the design. Pretreat materials: cut and polish boards, dry 3D printing materials, clean metal surfaces to ensure stable performance and prepare for core processing.
This is key for forming. Combine multiple technologies (not a single one) flexibly based on product needs to ensure efficiency and precision.like 3D Printing + CNC Machining + Laser Cutting & Engraving.
Treat the surface of the product, such as painting. Conduct detailed coloring for character models. For some products, vacuum coating and electrophoresis are also required to ensure that the product surface meets the requirements.
Comprehensively inspect the model (size, component connection, paint quality, precision) to meet standards and customer needs. Rectify defects, accept after qualification, and package for delivery.
