1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the CoreModel 3D website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Services

CoreModel 3D provides custom scale model design, fabrication, and related services. All project details, pricing, and timelines are subject to individual quotation and agreement.

3. Quotations and Orders

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
  • Orders are confirmed upon receipt of signed quotation and deposit
  • Changes to confirmed orders may incur additional costs

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, and logos, is the property of CoreModel 3D and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

5. Client Materials

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to provide any materials (drawings, plans, images) for model production. CoreModel 3D is not liable for any intellectual property infringement arising from client-provided materials.

6. Payment Terms

  • 50% deposit required to commence production
  • Remaining 50% due before shipment
  • Payment methods: bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, or as agreed

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and shipping destination. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the shipping carrier.

8. Warranty

CoreModel 3D warrants that all models will be manufactured to agreed specifications. Claims for defects must be made within 7 days of receipt. This warranty does not cover damage from mishandling or improper storage.

9. Limitation of Liability

CoreModel 3D's liability is limited to the contract value of the specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Shenzhen, China.
